App of the Week: Fring - Video chatting for everyone

AVAILABLE FOR Facetime is an awesome feature of Apple's iPhone 4 and new iPod touch. It allows users to videoconference with each other.

But Facetime means the other person has to use one of those Apple devices. What about the multitudes of Android users out there? Can't we video chat with them, too? Fring bridges that gap.
